Deluxe 3LP Box Set On 180g Vinyl With The Days Of Ash & Easter Lily EPs

This limited deluxe edition holds three 180-gram LPs in a 12-inch lift-off lid box with full-color artwork and a gloss laminated finish. The first record carries the twelve-song studio album in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves and full-color printed labels. The other two hold the Days Of Ash and Easter Lily EPs, each in its own outer sleeve with a printed inner sleeve and a QR code linking to that EP's Propaganda zine. U2's own store lists a 16-page booklet of lyrics, photography and album imagery, and a slipmat made for the set. Both EPs were digital releases until now; this box is their first physical edition.

Days Of Ash was announced and released on the same day, February 18, 2026, which was Ash Wednesday. Its six songs respond to the news of the time and honor people who fought for freedom. "American Obituary" addresses the January 2026 shooting of Renée Nicole Good in Minneapolis; "Song Of The Future" is written for Sarina Esmailzadeh, a 16-year-old killed during Iran's 2022 Woman, Life, Freedom protests; and "One Life At A Time" is for Awdah Hathaleen, a Palestinian activist killed in the West Bank in 2025. On "Wildpeace," Adeola reads Yehuda Amichai's poem, and Ed Sheeran and the Ukrainian soldier and musician Taras Topolia join Bono and The Edge on "Yours Eternally." Bono described the songs as "impatient to be out in the world."

Easter Lily followed in April 2026, and the band presented it as the reflective counterpart: songs about friendship, loss, hope and renewal. The Edge sings lead on "Song For Hal," a lockdown lament for their friend Hal Willner. Brian Eno made the soundscape for "COEXIST (I Will Bless The Lord At All Times?)," which U2 describe as a lullaby for parents of children caught up in war. Bono called the period "wilderness years" for many people.

The lead single from the album, "Street Of Dreams," arrived in July 2026 with the video above, filmed in Mexico City with the band playing on the roof of a bus near Plaza Santo Domingo until a rainstorm stopped the shoot. Garret "Jacknife" Lee, once of the band Compulsion, worked on the record with U2, and Bono described the aim as "a noisy, messy, 'unreasonably colorful' album to play live." Of Dolly Parton's vocal on "Torn," Bono told Rolling Stone: "When she got ill, she got out of her bed to sing this song."
