This pressing of Future Soul is sold only at Evergreen Vinyl, and it was the first of the series: Evergreen Vinyl Exclusive No. 1. It is a run of 500 copies on 180-gram Eco Green vinyl, released by Fantasy Records under catalog number FAN03190, and each jacket carries an Evergreen Vinyl exclusive sticker.

Future Soul is the sixth studio album by Tedeschi Trucks Band, the 12-piece group led by Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks. Mike Elizondo produced it with Trucks as co-producer, and the band recorded it at Swamp Raga Recording in Jacksonville, Florida, and Phantom Studios in Gallatin, Tennessee. Swamp Family Music and Fantasy Records released it on March 20, 2026.

Two singles came first. "I Got You," written by Mike Mattison, arrived with the album announcement in January 2026, and Derek Trucks said of it: "It feels like the band, but it doesn't feel like anything we've done before." "Who Am I" followed in February. The album went to No. 1 on Billboard's Top Blues Albums chart and No. 4 on the UK Americana Albums chart.

The single LP holds all 11 tracks, 42 minutes in total, with five on side A and six on side B. The official video for "I Got You," from the band's own channel, is embedded above.
