This pressing of Sixteen Stone is sold only at Evergreen Vinyl, as Evergreen Vinyl Exclusive No. 3: a run of 500 copies on two LPs of "Glycerine Smoke" colored vinyl, released by Craft Recordings. Evergreen named the color after "Glycerine," the album's highest-charting single on the Billboard Hot 100, and each jacket carries an Evergreen Vinyl exclusive sticker.

Sixteen Stone was Bush's debut album, released in 1994 by Trauma Records through Interscope. Clive Langer and Alan Winstanley produced it in London with the original lineup: Gavin Rossdale on vocals and guitar, Nigel Pulsford on guitar, Dave Parsons on bass and Robin Goodridge on drums.

The album reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and went multi-Platinum in the US. Five singles came from it: "Everything Zen," "Little Things," "Comedown," "Glycerine" and "Machinehead." "Comedown" and "Glycerine" both reached No. 1 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks chart, and "Glycerine" peaked at No. 28 on the Hot 100.

Rossdale wrote "Glycerine" in his London flat in 1993, and it opens side D here. Its video, directed by Kevin Kerslake and embedded above, won the Viewer's Choice award at the 1996 MTV Video Music Awards.
