Kid Katana Records presses the soundtrack to DON'T NOD's game Lost Records: Bloom & Rage across two LPs, one transparent pink and one transparent blue, matching the cover art. The gatefold jacket carries exclusive in-game graphics, and the package adds a teenage punk poster and liner notes from the game's creative team and the featured artists. Kid Katana issues it under exclusive license from DON'T NOD, as KKR011.

The game follows four teenage girls in the small town of Velvet Cove, Michigan, across two timelines, 1995 and 2022. Its eighteen-track soundtrack moves between dream pop, ambient and punk, and comes from three acts: Ruth Radelet with Nat Walker and Adam Miller, all formerly of Chromatics; the Canadian electropop duo Milk & Bone; and the Canadian alt-country and punk group Nora Kelly Band.

Nora Kelly Band's "See You in Hell" opens side A. It was released as a single in January 2025, ahead of the game, and in the story it is the song the four friends make together, with the player helping to shape it. DON'T NOD's lead audio director, Beatrix Moersch, has described it as "a conduit for the friends' powerful emotions." Its instrumental version opens side D. The soundtrack first appeared digitally in two parts, on February 18 and April 15, 2025. Sides C and D gather the remaining songs along with acoustic and instrumental versions.
