Purple Marbled Vinyl 2LP

This is the Legacy Recordings reissue of Big Boi and Dre Present... Outkast, pressed on two purple marbled LPs. Sixteen tracks run across four sides, from the opening intro to "Movin' Cool (The After Party)."

The compilation first came out on December 4, 2001, on LaFace and Arista, and it remains the duo's only one. Big Boi and André 3000 have said they do not consider it a greatest-hits set. Big Boi called it "more like a refresher course," aimed at listeners who had found the group through Stankonia and had not heard the earlier albums.

Three songs were new: "Funkin' Around" with Sleepy Brown, "The Whole World" with Killer Mike, and "Movin' Cool (The After Party)" with Joi, all produced by Earthtone III. The rest is drawn from Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik, ATLiens, Aquemini and Stankonia, with production by Organized Noize and Earthtone III, and eight of those tracks appear here in versions that differ from the album originals. Goodie Mob joins on "Git Up, Git Out."

"The Whole World," the video above, was the lead single and won the Grammy for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group in 2003. The album peaked at No. 18 on the Billboard 200 and No. 4 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, and the RIAA certified it platinum in March 2002.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Once a dispute or chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to proceed with refunds, replacements, or reshipments until the case is fully resolved. Resolution timelines are controlled by the payment processor and can take up to 120 days.
