This 30th anniversary pressing of A Northern Soul was issued for the UK's National Album Day 2025 on two LPs of red opaque vinyl, under catalog number 7844724. It uses the 2016 remaster. The label's notes say the brick red was chosen to match the corduroy trousers bassist Simon Jones wears on the back of the sleeve.
The Verve's second album first came out on Hut in July 1995. Owen Morris produced it, and the band recorded it at Loco Studios in Wales. "This Is Music" was the lead single in May 1995 and "On Your Own" followed a month later; "History" was released in September, after Richard Ashcroft had announced his departure from the band.
The album reached No. 13 on the UK Albums Chart and was certified gold by the BPI in 1998. All three singles reached the UK top 40, with "History" the highest at No. 24.
Evergreen Vinyl ships records with care and attention to detail, using established carriers and packaging practices designed to protect physical media in transit.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.
While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Signature Requirements
Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.
