Indie Exclusive Eco Mix Orange Vinyl

This is the independent record store exclusive edition of Gotta Get Out, the third album by The Linda Lindas, pressed as a single LP on Eco Mix Orange vinyl with six songs to a side.

It is the band's first album for Reprise and Warner Records, after Growing Up (2022) and No Obligation (2024) on Epitaph. Carlos de la Garza, father of Lucia and Mila de la Garza, produced it; his earlier production and engineering work includes Paramore, Bad Religion and Best Coast. It was recorded in Los Angeles, Long Beach and Palm Springs.

Bela Salazar and Lucia de la Garza play guitar, Eloise Wong plays bass and Mila de la Garza plays drums, and all four sing. Lucia and Mila are sisters and Eloise is their cousin. The band formed in Los Angeles in 2018 and signed to Epitaph in May 2021, the same month the Los Angeles Public Library posted their performance of "Racist, Sexist Boy."

"Burning Out" was the first single, released in June 2026. It was written weeks after Lucia de la Garza graduated from high school: "I had just graduated high school and I was feeling very surrounded by change," she said. Hayley Williams of Paramore sings on the second single, "Closer," released in July. The title track, which opens the record, is the video above.
