This is the indie-exclusive white vinyl pressing of The Bites, the second album from the Los Angeles band of the same name, released by Earache Records. It sits alongside a black LP and a CD of the same eleven songs.

The band came up playing the Sunset Strip. Their debut, Squeeze, arrived on Earache in September 2023, and the label reports that it reached the Top 40 of Billboard's Mainstream Rock Airplay chart and led to several world tours. Drummer Mark Hylander has compared the Strip years to looking at the world through a paper towel roll.

Earache presents the self-titled follow-up as the way the band want to be seen and heard in 2026. "Aftertaste" was released as the lead single, and vocalist Jordan Tyler fronts the record.
