Shattered Realm - Broken Ties... Spoken Lies (Green Vinyl)

Slime Green Vinyl LP, Edition of 800

This is the slime green pressing of Broken Ties... Spoken Lies, catalog number DAZE097, which the DAZE label lists at 800 copies. DAZE released the vinyl edition with Trustkill Records and Takedown Records, officially licensed from Eulogy Records, and the label's notes describe an embossed logo on the front of the jacket and a double-sided printed inner sleeve.

The album first reached vinyl on June 6, 2025, when DAZE issued it in a set of limited colorways, among them a neon violet run of 950 and an ultra clear with brown cornetto and black splatter run of 100. Slime green belongs to the later run, alongside an oxblood and bone smash edition of 100.

Broken Ties... Spoken Lies is the New Jersey band's debut full-length, first released in 2002 on Eulogy Recordings. Revelation Records' distribution notes place it in the metallic hardcore tradition of '90s Bulldoze, with death metal in the mix. The ten songs run five to a side, with Side B printed on the center label as "Medusa" through "The April Situation."

Vocalist Joe "Hardcore" McKay told No Echo in 2024 that "This World Is Mine" has stayed in the band's set since it was written more than 20 years ago. The band released the Scars From Lessons Learned EP on Bayway Records in 2024 and performed Broken Ties... Spoken Lies in its entirety at This Is Hardcore on August 9, 2025.
