Saliva's 2026 album for Judge and Jury Records, thirteen tracks, produced by Bobby Amaru and Steve Perreira with Howard Benson and Neil Sanderson of Three Days Grace as executive producers. It was released digitally on August 14, 2026.

Three guest vocalists appear across the record: Trevor McNevan of Thousand Foot Krutch on "Cope," Austin John Winkler on "Too Broke To Fix," and Johnny Van Zant of Lynyrd Skynyrd on "Longshot."

Howie Weinberg mastered eleven of the album's thirteen digital masters and the whole of the vinyl edition; the remaining two tracks were mastered separately.

Amaru has linked the record to recent losses in the music community and to his own sobriety, and describes it as being about confronting adversity and finding the strength to move past it.

Saliva's 2001 major-label debut Every Six Seconds went double platinum, and "Your Disease" was nominated for a Grammy the following year. The lineup on this album is Amaru on vocals, Brad Stewart on bass, Josh Kulack and Sebastian LaBar on guitar, and Sammi Jo Bishop on drums.
