This is the BGP Records reissue of The Clones Of Dr. Funkenstein, a UK black vinyl pressing issued through Ace Records in December 2024 under catalog number HIQLP 144. The cover shows George Clinton as Dr. Funkenstein.
Casablanca first released the album in 1976 as the follow-up to Mothership Connection. Clinton produced it, with sessions at United Sound in Detroit and Hollywood Sound in Hollywood.
Bootsy Collins and Cordell Mosson played bass, Glen Goins and Garry Shider guitar and Jerome Brailey drums. Bernie Worrell played keyboards and split the horn arrangements with former James Brown horn player Fred Wesley; the horn section included Maceo Parker and Michael and Randy Brecker.
The album reached No. 3 on Billboard's R&B albums chart and No. 20 on the pop albums chart and became Parliament's second gold album. The singles "Do That Stuff" and "Dr. Funkenstein" reached No. 22 and No. 43 on the R&B chart.
Evergreen Vinyl ships records with care and attention to detail, using established carriers and packaging practices designed to protect physical media in transit.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.
While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Signature Requirements
Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.
