Bass Persuades is the tenth studio album from Miley Cyrus, credited on this release under the single name Miley. It is her first album for Atlantic Records, following Endless Summer Vacation (2023) and its Grammy-winning single "Flowers."

Ten songs, two of them collaborations: "Different Religion" features the band Model/Actriz, and "Neon Signs" features Andrew Wyatt of Miike Snow. The record closes on "Bass Persuades Remixx," a reworking of the title track. Headline Planet reported the lead single as the most-added song at Mediabase-monitored pop radio in the week of September 8, 2026, with 112 stations adding it. Miley plays two nights at the Hollywood Bowl on October 16 and October 18, 2026.

This edition presses the album on apple red vinyl in a gatefold jacket with a 24 x 36 inch poster, and is exclusive to independent record stores. The artist's own store carries white, neon coral, ruby and black pressings instead.
