The label's notes place it across UKG, grime, 2-step, funky house, soulful house and Afro house, at tempos that rarely drop below 140 BPM. Wizkid features on "Alive", the track shared alongside the album announcement, and Devlin on "This City".

Smith has described what she wanted from it: "This is music to make you move. I want people to hear it on the dancefloor, where the sun is shining, in the car and in their headphones on the night bus home. This is a record for driving and vibing."

This is the indie-retail exclusive pressing: a single LP on splatter vinyl with a foldout poster, catalog number FAMM 133 LP, cut at 33 1/3 RPM and pressed in Czechia for FAMM of London. The jacket splits the twelve tracks six to a side.
