The Great Milenko on two LPs of creme soda clear vinyl, issued as number 095 in the Record Store Day Essentials series. This edition carries the album's full booklet for the first time on a vinyl release, and the sealed jacket's hype sticker names both the color and the booklet.

The album arrived in the summer of 1997 and was pulled from stores the same day by Disney-owned Hollywood Records. Island Records re-released it a few months later, and it went Platinum.

Universal's reissue announcement describes the record as a controversial horrorcore classic from the Detroit group, and Record Store Day's series notes call it the Joker's Card that defined a generation of Juggalos and Juggalettes.

Guest appearances come from Slash, Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones, and Alice Cooper. The sixteen tracks run across four sides.
