Hayley Williams - Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party (Highlighter Yellow Vinyl)

The 26 Highlighter edition of Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party presses all 20 songs on two translucent yellow discs, five songs to a side, in a gatefold jacket with printed inner sleeves. It includes a poster with the lyrics and credits for each track on one side and a photograph on the other.

Williams self-released the album on Post Atlantic, her own imprint, two years after leaving Atlantic Records, where her contract began more than 20 years earlier as part of Paramore. The songs arrived without announcement. On July 28, 2025, she posted 17 of them to her website behind a code sent to buyers from her hair dye company Good Dye Young, took them down about a day later, and released them to streaming services as standalone tracks on August 1. The album followed on August 28, and two more songs were added on October 24 and November 7.

Williams co-wrote the songs with Daniel James, who produced every track, and plays several instruments on the record. Brian Robert Jones co-produced "Love Me Different," "Brotherly Hate" and "Good Ol' Days," Steph Marziano "Parachute" and Jim-E Stack "True Believer," and Manny Marroquin mixed the album. It is her third solo album, following Petals for Armor (2020) and Flowers for Vases / Descansos (2021). The video above, for the title track, was directed by Zachary Gray and filmed in Nashville.
