Legacy's 2026 reissue of Ironman, catalog number 19958415921, presents Ghostface Killah's debut solo album on two black LPs, four tracks to a side. The jacket keeps the original cover credit, Ghostface Killah featuring Raekwon and Cappadonna, and the sixteen tracks close with "The Soul Controller," the Force MDs collaboration that was dropped from pressings of the album after 2001 over a sample clearance. "Marvel," a bonus track on the original CD, is not part of the vinyl running order.

Razor Sharp, Wu-Tang Records and Epic Street released Ironman on October 29, 1996. RZA produced every track except "Fish," which is True Master's, and served as an executive producer with Mitchell Diggs, Oli Grant and Ghostface himself, credited as Dennis Coles. Raekwon appears on twelve of the original album's seventeen tracks and Cappadonna on five, and the guest list also runs through Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa, Method Man and Mary J. Blige.

The album debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and at number one on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, with 156,000 copies sold in its first week. The RIAA certified it platinum, and it remains Ghostface Killah's best-selling album.

"All That I Got Is You," the first single, pairs Ghostface with Mary J. Blige over a sample of the Jackson 5's "Maybe Tomorrow"; he wrote it as a tribute to his mother and the hard childhood the two of them came through together. The video above, directed by Terry Heller and Chuck Ozeas, comes from the artist's official VEVO channel. "Daytona 500" is built on Bob James's "Nautilus," and "Motherless Child" had already appeared on the Sunset Park soundtrack before the album came out.
