THERAPY AT THE CLUB is FLO's second album, released on August 7, 2026, two weeks after its first scheduled date. The group started writing shortly after their 2025 Access All Areas Tour and recorded between July 2025 and January 2026. Amy Allen, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta and Boy Matthews wrote with the trio, with earlier collaborators Oak Felder, Sevyn Streeter and Skippz returning, and the production credits include MNEK, Pop Wansel, Tommy Brown and Grant Boutin. Juicy J appears on "Pose" and Kwn on "Sex in Peace."

"Leak It" was the first single, on March 20, 2026, followed by "Don't Break Her Heart" on June 5 and "Remedied" on July 24. The album reached No. 5 on the UK Albums Chart, topped the UK R&B Albums Chart and reached No. 168 on the Billboard 200.

Jorja Douglas, Renée Downer and Stella Quaresma formed FLO in 2019 and released their first EP, The Lead, in July 2022. They became the first female group to top the BBC Sound of poll and win the Brit Rising Star award in the same year. Missy Elliott joined them on "Fly Girl" in 2023, and their debut album, Access All Areas, reached No. 3 in the UK and was nominated for Best Progressive R&B Album at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards. At the 2026 MOBO Awards they won Best R&B/Soul Act.
