Fire From The Hip is Finn Wolfhard's second solo album, following Happy Birthday. He produced it himself and recorded it in February 2026 at Pachyderm Studios in Cannon Falls, Minnesota - twelve songs across just under thirty-six minutes, all written by Wolfhard except "Follow," co-written with Clay Frankel. Grant Prettyman, Hudson McNeese, Louis Nicely, Caiden Lake James, Ramsey Bell, Josh Resing and Rand Kelly play and sing on it.

"I'll Let You Finish" arrived first, in April 2026, and "Tunnels" followed in June. The album reached number 39 on the UK Independent Albums chart. The label's notes name Exile on Main St. and Beggars Banquet as touchstones and describe the move from the raw sound of the debut toward something broader and higher in fidelity.
