Indie Exclusive Translucent White 2LP, Gatefold with Printed Inner Sleeves

The independent-retail pressing of Here Because Of Hope: two translucent white LPs in a gatefold sleeve with printed inners, a colorway reserved for indie shops while the band's own store carries the transparent ocean blue edition.

Here Because Of Hope is built in three movements, each introduced by a spoken passage read by the actor Letitia Wright, tracing a line from Africa through the Caribbean to London. The band recorded at Miraval in Correns, France, and at Abbey Road, Livingston, The Church and other London studios, producing the album themselves.

Ezra Collective are Femi Koleoso on drums, TJ Koleoso on bass, Joe Armon-Jones on keys, James Mollison on saxophone and Ife Ogunjobi on trumpet. They won the 2023 Mercury Prize and were named Group of the Year at the 2025 BRIT Awards; this is the follow-up to 2024's Dance, No One's Watching.
