Two records, black vinyl, remastered from the original tapes and cut at half speed. The twelve tracks are the album as issued, spread across four sides; there is no bonus material.

Endtroducing..... came out on Mo' Wax on September 16, 1996 in the United Kingdom and that November in the United States. Josh Davis assembled it on an Akai MPC60 MKII with a Technics SL-1200 turntable and an Alesis ADAT. Guinness World Records lists him under the title "First album made completely from samples," describing the record as the first to be recorded using only sampled sounds.

It reached number seventeen on the UK Albums Chart and number thirty-seven on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart, and is certified platinum in the United Kingdom and gold in Canada. Robert Christgau graded it A+ and placed it first on his 1996 Pazz & Jop ballot; Pitchfork scored it ten out of ten; Rolling Stone ranked it 329th in the 2020 revision of its 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

The anniversary pressing arrives alongside a North American tour and a performance of the album with the BBC Symphony Orchestra at the Barbican in London.
