Opaque Silver Vinyl in Gatefold Jacket

This is American Recordings' 2026 repressing of Danzig 4P, a single LP on opaque silver, standard-weight vinyl, issued through the RSD Essentials program with a street date of October 2, 2026. The package is a gatefold jacket with printed sleeves, and the jacket front carries a printed callout for "Cantspeak," "Going Down To Die" and "I Don't Mind The Pain." The silver edition follows the 2025 black-vinyl reissues of the band's first four albums.

Side A runs from "Brand New God" through "Dominion," and Side B from "Bringer Of Death" to "Let It Be Captured," the same twelve songs the original vinyl carried. "Invocation," the unlisted track hidden at the end of the 1994 CD, was never part of the vinyl or cassette editions and does not appear here.

Danzig 4 was the band's fourth studio album, released in 1994 and recorded at Ocean Way and Sound City in California, with Glenn Danzig and Rick Rubin producing. It was their last record for American Recordings and the last with the original lineup of John Christ, Eerie Von and Chuck Biscuits. Glenn Danzig wanted his cover art left free of any title, so the label placed a shrink-wrap sticker reading "Danzig 4," with a small uppercase P beside the numeral.

For "Cantspeak," the band used the guitar tracks of "Let It Be Captured" played in reverse, a reply to accusations that their songs hid backward messages. Its video, shown above, was directed by Fred Stuhr and mixes live-action performance with computer-assisted animation.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Signature Requirements

Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.

• Please retain all original packaging, including the outer box and packing materials

• Contact us as soon as possible (ideally immediately) after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (if a return is required).

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Once a dispute or chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to proceed with refunds, replacements, or reshipments until the case is fully resolved. Resolution timelines are controlled by the payment processor and can take up to 120 days.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships.

Once a preorder has shipped, it is treated as a completed order and is subject to the return, refund, and exchange policies outlined above.
