Indie Exclusive Wintergreen Vinyl

This single LP puts Clarion's two EPs on one record: Blue Fairy, from 2026, and the band's self-titled 2024 debut EP. This edition is pressed on wintergreen vinyl as a limited exclusive for independent record stores. A coke bottle clear pressing and a CD pairing the same two EPs were issued separately.

Clarion formed in late 2023 in a shared rehearsal lockout in East Los Angeles, where Saya Oliva (vocals and bass), Anthony Sanchez (guitar) and Joseph Quezada (drums) had each played in local bands. Their sound draws on shoegaze, post-punk, grunge and Japanese rock, and in an interview with Still Listening the band named Sonic Youth, Hum, Paramore and My Chemical Romance among its influences.

The Clarion EP arrived on July 2, 2024, with five songs, among them "Hello Juliet," which spread through TikTok edits and has drawn more than 20 million streams across platforms. The band signed to Broke Records in 2025, and the label released Blue Fairy on March 27, 2026. The Blue Fairy title track is shown above. Clarion has toured North America in support of Panchiko.
