Clovis is Charley Crockett's seventeenth studio album since his 2015 debut A Stolen Jewel, and his fourth full-length of original material in sixteen months. It was written and recorded with his band The Blue Drifters at Norman Petty Studios in Clovis, New Mexico — the studio, now a national landmark, where Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison and Waylon Jennings cut records in the 1950s. Crockett co-produced the album with Shooter Jennings.

The record reached listeners in two stages. Crockett first issued it digitally through his own $10 Cowboy imprint in the spring of 2026, and it arrived on Atlantic Outpost on July 3, 2026 — a release he described to KXT as landing "4th of July weekend." This is its first pressing on vinyl.

Fourteen songs across four sides, on red vinyl, exclusive to independent record stores.
