The Integral Edition is The Sound of Milk complete: all three volumes, Naissance, Enfance and Adolescence, spread across three LPs and six sides in a gatefold jacket, under catalog number BEC5614432. Because Music presses it on eco-vinyl made entirely from recycled material, and since the color forms at random during manufacturing, every set comes out different.

Each disc holds one volume. LP 1 is given over to Naissance, a single piece in two parts, one per side. LP 2 carries the seventeen songs of Enfance in acoustic arrangements for voice and cello. LP 3 holds the eleven songs of Adolescence, including "La Terre," "Si tu souris aux anges" and "No Miracle." Those three songs appear twice in the set, in the Enfance arrangement and again in Adolescence; the single-LP and single-CD editions carry only the Adolescence versions.

It is Camille's first studio album since Ouï, issued by Because Music in 2017, and the first since "El Mal," from Jacques Audiard's Emilia Pérez, brought her the 2025 Academy Award for Best Original Song, shared with Clément Ducol and Audiard.

Ahead of release, the album was presented at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris as an immersive sound installation, with Camille performing a live showcase. "Si tu souris aux anges," in the video above, was issued as a single together with "No Miracle."
