2CD Edition With Liner Notes By Don Letts

Roots, Rock, Reggae: Live At The Hammersmith Odeon collects 18 previously unreleased performances from Bob Marley and the Wailers' June 1976 residency at the Hammersmith Odeon in London, newly mixed from the original multitrack tapes. Tuff Gong, Island and UMe released it on August 14, 2026. This 2CD edition holds twelve tracks on the first disc and the encore on the second, with rare photographs and a new essay by Don Letts, who saw the shows.

The four-night run opened the second leg of the Rastaman Vibration tour, and the album is drawn from shows recorded June 16 to 18, 1976. "No Woman, No Cry," from the 1975 album Live!, had reached the UK Top 20 early that year, and Rastaman Vibration became Marley's first US top 10 album in the weeks after the residency. The band played "Bend Down Low" only on the final night.

The encore runs about 30 minutes and closes with a 12-minute "Get Up, Stand Up." Cedella Marley and Ziggy Marley are the executive album producers, Harry Weinger supervised the release, John Morales mixed it and Kevin Reeves mastered it.

Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
