This pressing of I'm Scared That's All There Is is on multi-colored "Crayon" vinyl, a standard-weight LP issued by Wax Bodega.
I'm Scared That's All There Is is the debut album by Ben Quad, the Oklahoma City band formed in 2018 and named for the Star Wars character Ben Quadinaros. Chillwavve first released it on June 29, 2022, and Wax Bodega later took the record on for a re-release.
The lineup on the album is Sam Wegrzynski on lead vocals and guitar, Edgar Viveros on lead guitar, Henry Shields on bass and backing vocals, and Isaac Young on drums. CJ Cochran recorded, mixed and mastered it. Chazlen Rook plays violin on "When All Other Lights Go Out," and Taylor Haynes sings on the closing track, "Joan of Hill."
The band has jokingly labeled its sound "emo butt-rock." Brooklyn Vegan placed it between the riffing of '90s emo, the hooks of early-2000s pop punk and the fourth and fifth waves of emo. Ben Quad followed the album with Wisher in November 2025.
Evergreen Vinyl ships records with care and attention to detail, using established carriers and packaging practices designed to protect physical media in transit.
