Rhino Rocktober 2023 Limited Edition on Translucent Milky Clear Vinyl
This single LP of 10 From 6 is pressed on translucent milky clear vinyl for Rhino's Rocktober 2023 program, a run of 27 limited-edition rock LPs that Warner's catalog division issued on Fridays through October 2023. This title came out in the first wave, on October 6. The disc carries Atlantic's green-and-orange label, and the jacket keeps the 1985 cover design, which the original liner notes credit to Aubrey Powell Productions and Richard Evans.
Atlantic first issued 10 From 6 in December 1985. The title explains the contents: ten songs taken from the six albums Bad Company had made up to then, although nothing from Burnin' Sky made the cut. Every one of the ten first came out on Swan Song Records, the label Led Zeppelin launched in 1974. The liner notes credit production to the four band members themselves, Paul Rodgers, Mick Ralphs, Boz Burrell and Simon Kirke, and the mastering to Barry Diament.
The compilation peaked at No. 137 on the Billboard 200. It went on to double platinum certification from the RIAA and gold from the BPI.
Evergreen Vinyl ships records with care and attention to detail, using established carriers and packaging practices designed to protect physical media in transit.
