Warp's 12-inch of "Windowlicker," catalog number WAP105, imported from the UK and cut at 45 RPM. The title track has side A to itself; side B holds the equation-titled second track, usually called "Formula," and "Nannou." Warp has kept the single in print under this catalog number and barcode since 1999.
Released on March 22, 1999, "Windowlicker" reached No. 16 on the UK Singles Chart and was NME's Single of the Year. Chris Cunningham directed the video above, a parody of gangsta rap videos that was nominated for Best British Video at the 2000 Brit Awards. A logarithmic spectrogram of "Formula" reveals a portrait of James near its end, and "Nannou," dedicated to his then-girlfriend, is built from wind-up music box samples. Pitchfork ranked "Windowlicker" 12th among the top tracks of the 1990s.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.
While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Signature Requirements
Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.
