Clear With Green Splatter 2LP in a Gatefold Sleeve
Nuclear Blast repressed The Forest Seasons in 2024 on two LPs of clear vinyl with green splatter, catalog number NB 7140-1. The gatefold sleeve holds a full-color printed insert, and each of the album's four long tracks takes a side to itself.
The Forest Seasons is the third studio album from the Finnish band Wintersun, first released by Nuclear Blast on July 21, 2017. The band recorded it at Sonic Pump Studios in Helsinki and produced it themselves. The title comes from Antonio Vivaldi's violin concertos The Four Seasons, and each track is named for a season, from spring through winter.
The album reached No. 1 in Finland and No. 14 in Germany. Its four pieces run between twelve and fifteen minutes apiece, 54 minutes in total, and the spring and autumn tracks are each built in several parts. The video above is the official lyric video for the opener, "Awaken From The Dark Slumber (Spring)," from the band's channel.
Evergreen Vinyl ships records with care and attention to detail, using established carriers and packaging practices designed to protect physical media in transit.
