Seven-Track CD EP, Manufactured on Demand

This is the compact disc issue of SZNZ: Autumn, the third of four EPs in Weezer's SZNZ project (pronounced "seasons"). The music arrived digitally on September 22, 2022, the day of the autumnal equinox, and this CD followed at US retail on October 7. This UPC is an authorized manufactured-on-demand CD-R from Atlantic. It carries the original seven-song running order; the bonus track "The Way I Hate You Now" belongs to the vinyl edition and is not on this disc.

Rivers Cuomo said ahead of release that the record's sound would draw on dance-rock acts such as Franz Ferdinand and the Strokes, with synths added to the band's palette, and he described the overall emotion of the SZNZ project as anxiety. Production came from Daniel Omelio (Robopop), Suzy Shinn and Tyler Cole. Cuomo wrote six of the seven songs on his own; "What Happens After You?" was co-written with Desmond Child, Eric Bazilian, Rob Wells and Anthony De La Torre.

Unlike the other SZNZ installments, Autumn had no lead single. Weezer performed "What Happens After You?" on Jimmy Kimmel Live! the day before the digital release, and the song's music video followed on November 29, 2022. Reviews split: Gigwise's Rob Wilson called the record "invigorating" and "emotionally potent," while Exclaim! was sharply critical and singled out "Should She Stay or Should She Go" as its one strong track. SZNZ: Autumn reached No. 48 on the UK Album Downloads chart.

• Please retain all original packaging, including the outer box and packing materials

• Contact us as soon as possible (ideally immediately) after delivery

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Once a dispute or chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to proceed with refunds, replacements, or reshipments until the case is fully resolved. Resolution timelines are controlled by the payment processor and can take up to 120 days.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships.

Once a preorder has shipped, it is treated as a completed order and is subject to the return, refund, and exchange policies outlined above.
