180-Gram Black Vinyl, 50th Anniversary Edition With Lacquers Cut By Kevin Gray
This 50th anniversary pressing of Greatest Hits is part of Rhino's Spirit of '76 campaign, a run of 23 vinyl reissues of albums first released in 1976. It is pressed on 180-gram black vinyl, catalog number R1 728816, and Kevin Gray cut the lacquers at Cohearent Audio. The LP keeps the original ten-song running order; the four bonus tracks added for the anniversary appear only on the expanded CD.
Greatest Hits first appeared in 1976 on United Artists, catalog number UA-LA648G, and is certified platinum. It gathers "Slippin' Into Darkness," "The Cisco Kid," "The World Is A Ghetto," "Why Can't We Be Friends?" and "Low Rider" from the band's first years after Eric Burdon's departure.
It also introduced "Summer," a new song the band recorded while the compilation was being assembled, as producer Jerry Goldstein recalls in the reissue announcement. Released as a single, "Summer" reached No. 7 on the pop chart and No. 4 on the R&B chart.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.
While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Signature Requirements
Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. We recommend monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery to a secure location.
