Limited Edition 2LP Colored Vinyl, Vagrant 25th Anniversary Reissue

This double LP is the first pressing on vinyl of the only live album The Get Up Kids ever released. It was issued in 2022 on limited colored vinyl as part of Vagrant Records' 25th anniversary reissue program, and the jacket carries the label's Vagrant 25th Anniversary Edition sticker. The 18-song set, a little over an hour, is spread across four sides.

The concert was recorded at the Granada Theater in Lawrence, Kansas, on January 7, 2005, at a show marking the band's tenth anniversary. It was mixed at the Black Lodge studio in Eudora, Kansas. Vagrant first released the album on CD on May 24, 2005. It was announced the same day the band said it was breaking up after ten years, and it peaked at No. 26 on the US independent albums chart.

The setlist covers the band's whole first decade. "Shorty" comes from the self-released 1995 seven-inch that started their recording career, and "Woodson" is the title song of their first EP. "Don't Hate Me" dates to the 1997 debut album Four Minute Mile. "Ten Minutes" and "Action & Action" were the two singles from Something to Write Home About, the 1999 album that made the band Vagrant's best-known act. The lineup is Matt Pryor, Jim Suptic, Rob Pope, Ryan Pope and James Dewees.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Signature Requirements

Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. We recommend monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery to a secure location.

Evergreen Vinyl is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for selecting a shipping address where deliveries can be received safely.

Used Records & Grading Expectations

Used records are graded carefully and honestly, but they are not perfect.

If the media or sleeve is graded below New or Mint, cosmetic or playback-related imperfections should be expected and are reflected in the price and description. These characteristics do not qualify as defects.

We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Please retain all original packaging, including the outer box and packing materials

• Contact us as soon as possible (ideally immediately) after delivery

• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos

Prompt reporting allows us to resolve issues efficiently and, when applicable, pursue carrier claims.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (if a return is required).

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Once a dispute or chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to proceed with refunds, replacements, or reshipments until the case is fully resolved. Resolution timelines are controlled by the payment processor and can take up to 120 days.

Preorders

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships.

Once a preorder has shipped, it is treated as a completed order and is subject to the return, refund, and exchange policies outlined above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Merchandise and accessories
