Indie Exclusive Deluxe Edition 3LP Black Vinyl in Die-Cut Slipcase

This is the deluxe vinyl edition of Horrorful Heights, the 2026 album by The Bevis Frond, and the only configuration that adds Horrorful Offal, a third LP of eleven outtakes from the same sessions. Fire Records presses all three records on black vinyl and houses them in a limited die-cut slipcase. Rough Trade lists the edition at 1,000 copies.

Horrorful Heights takes the first two LPs, in a gatefold jacket with printed inner sleeves carrying the lyrics and credits, plus a download code. Horrorful Offal comes in its own single-pocket jacket with a printed lyric inner sleeve, and its runouts carry a separate catalog number, FIRELP826. Turn the slipcase over and the words "The Horrorful Horde" sit beneath the band logo.

Fire Records presents the album as the opening of Nick Saloman's sixth decade of recording. He made it with drummer Dave Pearce, guitarist Paul Simmons and new bassist Louis Wiggett, who also plays pedal steel on "Best Laid Plans" and "Momma Bear." The label's notes describe "Space Age Eyes" as a nine-minute piece pointed toward 1970s electric Miles Davis, carrying a solo from Simmons, and say the sitar-led title track was written while Saloman was half-watching a football match. They also place "Draining The Bad Blood" in the melodic guitar-pop line of his songwriting, the side of the catalog Teenage Fanclub and The Lemonheads have covered.
