2025 Deluxe Edition 2LP, Half-Speed Cut, Reverse-Board Gatefold

Chrysalis released this double LP on October 31, 2025. The first record is a new stereo mix of Ssssh by Charlie Russell at Soho Studios, made from the original 7-track 1-inch master tapes with the band's original members overseeing it. The second is a previously unreleased concert recorded for Finnish radio at the Kulttuuritalo in Helsinki on December 3, 1969, a few months after the band played Woodstock. Phil Kinrade remastered both and cut them at half speed at AIR Mastering.

The reverse-board gatefold holds two printed inner sleeves, with new liner notes by Nigel Williamson, a testimonial from Joe Bonamassa and photographs not published before. The original 1969 mix is left off the vinyl and appears only on the 3CD edition.

Ssssh was the band's third studio album, recorded at Morgan Studios in London in June 1969 and produced by Alvin Lee with the group. Deram released it later that year, and it reached No. 4 in the UK, No. 6 in Germany and No. 20 on the Billboard 200. Lee sang and played guitar, with Leo Lyons on bass, Ric Lee on drums and Chick Churchill on organ. Lee wrote everything except the long reading of Sonny Boy Williamson's "Good Morning Little Schoolgirl" that ends side one, and the Helsinki set returns to that song alongside Willie Dixon's "Spoonful."

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

• Please retain all original packaging, including the outer box and packing materials

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Once a dispute or chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to proceed with refunds, replacements, or reshipments until the case is fully resolved. Resolution timelines are controlled by the payment processor and can take up to 120 days.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships.

Once a preorder has shipped, it is treated as a completed order and is subject to the return, refund, and exchange policies outlined above.
