This 2018 Bomp! reissue of Disconnected, catalog BLP 4015, is pressed on starburst colored vinyl in a limited run and comes in a reproduction of the original sleeve.
Disconnected was Stiv Bators' first solo album, made after the Dead Boys split in 1979 and before he co-founded the Lords of the New Church in 1981. Bomp! released it in December 1980. Bators co-produced it with Thom Wilson, with Bomp! founder Greg Shaw as executive producer.
The sessions took place in August and September 1980 at Perspective Studios in Sun Valley, Los Angeles, where most of the basic tracks were cut on a basketball court next to the studio. The band was Frank Secich on bass, George Cabaniss (credited as Georgie Harrison) on guitar, and David Quinton on drums and piano, with the B-Girls singing and clapping on "Swingin' A-Go-Go." "Too Much To Dream," first recorded by the Electric Prunes in 1966, was the album's single.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.
While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Signature Requirements
Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.
