Crystal Clear Vinyl LP For National Album Day 2025

This crystal clear pressing of Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols was made for National Album Day 2025 in the UK and went on sale there on October 18, 2025. The band's official store describes it as a limited edition 1LP pressing exclusive to that campaign. Universal Music Recordings issued it, GZ Media pressed it, and the disc comes in a plain black poly-lined inner sleeve inside the yellow-and-pink UK jacket. Chris Thomas, who produced the album with Bill Price, is credited with the liner notes.

Virgin first released the album in 1977, after sessions that ran from October 1976 into August 1977. Jamie Reid designed the cover in dayglo colors with cut-out lettering and no photograph of the band. Four singles came before or alongside it: "Anarchy in the U.K." in November 1976, "God Save the Queen" in May 1977, "Pretty Vacant" in July and "Holidays in the Sun" in October, the last of which reached No. 8 in the UK.

The word in the title went to court. Chris Seale, who managed the Virgin Records shop in Nottingham, was charged after displaying the album, and at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on November 24, 1977, with John Mortimer QC for the defense and Professor James Kinsley of the University of Nottingham testifying that "bollocks" was a legitimate Old English word, he was found not guilty on all four charges. The album has since been certified double platinum in the UK, was named one of Time's 100 greatest albums in 2006, and entered the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2015.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Signature Requirements

Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.

• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Once a dispute or chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to proceed with refunds, replacements, or reshipments until the case is fully resolved. Resolution timelines are controlled by the payment processor and can take up to 120 days.
