Originally released in 1996, Destruction by Definition marked the major-label debut from Detroit ska-punk band The Suicide Machines. Blending fast punk energy with ska rhythms and sharp hooks, the album became a defining release of the late-1990s ska-punk wave and features fan favorites including “New Girl,” “Break the Glass,” “Vans Song,” and “S.O.S.”
For its 30th anniversary, Destruction by Definition joins the Record Store Day Essentials series in a newly remastered edition. This pressing arrives on Cherry Bomb Metallic Red vinyl and includes a gatefold jacket and two-sided 11" × 11" insert.
