The Script formed in Dublin in 2001 and reached number one on the UK and Irish album charts with their 2008 self-titled debut, home to "The Man Who Can't Be Moved," which peaked at number two in the UK and Ireland. Their 2012 single "Hall of Fame," with will.i.am, became the band's first UK number one. The User's Guide to Being Human is their eighth studio album, following 2024's Satellites. It is their second record made since the 2023 death of guitarist and co-founder Mark Sheehan, who had been Danny O'Donoghue's closest friend since childhood. Pressed on clear vinyl.
