Sanctuary Park is The Jayhawks' first studio album in six years, arriving in the 40th-anniversary year of the band that helped pioneer today's Americana movement out of post-punk-era Minneapolis. It reunites them with producer Bob Ezrin (Pink Floyd, Peter Gabriel, Lou Reed) for the first time since 2000's Smile, recorded live in the studio in Toronto with the lineup of Gary Louris, Karen Grotberg, Tim O'Reagan, and Marc Perlman. The title references a real park in Dundas, Ontario, and a North American tour runs October through December 2026.
