Recorded at the Messezentrum in Nürnberg on 28 September 1976, this set captures Rainbow on their first European tour - the Rising-era lineup of Ritchie Blackmore, Ronnie James Dio, Cozy Powell, Jimmy Bain and Tony Carey, playing sold-out halls on the strength of the first two albums. The performance circulated for years only on a Japan-only CD; here it reaches vinyl for the first time, newly mastered by Andy Pearce and Matt Wortham and pressed across three black LPs in a widespine sleeve.
