Perfecth is the ninth studio album from Queens of the Stone Age, out October 30, 2026 on Matador Records. Josh Homme produced it with bandmate Michael Shuman, drawing on sessions tracked in locations ranging from New Orleans to Los Angeles, with the lineup of Homme, Troy Van Leeuwen, Shuman, Dean Fertita and Jon Theodore. It is the band's first album of new songs since In Times New Roman... in 2023.

Nine songs, each mapping a different form of love. Matador calls "Insignificant Other" the album's centerpiece, kept from the second of only two takes. "Mono" shifts from mono to stereo mid-mix. "Easy Street" features Nikki Lane. The title is a deliberate misspelling: Homme broke the word because, as he puts it, "Nothing in this world is perfect, but everything seems to be 'perfecth'."
