Thank You is the debut solo album from Mike D, and the first new full-length from a member of the Beastie Boys in well over a decade. It grew out of a run of low-stakes, experimental sessions at his home studio, and it leans into inventive post-electronic grooves and hooks that keep their own counsel, with Mike D's familiar voice steering through territory that resists easy labels. Released through Capitol, mixed by Derek "MixedByAli" Ali and mastered by Nicolas de Porcel. The kind of record people claim they've owned for years.
