Green Mind was Dinosaur Jr's 1991 major-label debut for Sire and their fourth album, recorded by a stripped-down lineup on which J Mascis plays almost everything. Arriving as the American alternative scene went global, it took the band's reputation to a new level behind "The Wagon."

Cherry Red's 35th-anniversary edition presses the album as a limited 12" picture disc - the first time it has been available on picture disc since the original release.
