Chris Isaak's Baja Sessions arrives on vinyl for the first time ever, pressed on baja blue vinyl to mark the album's 30th anniversary as an RSD Essentials release. Produced by longtime collaborator Erik Jacobsen, the 1996 record trades the noir gloss of Isaak's bigger hits for a loose, sun-warmed, largely acoustic feel.

It pairs his takes on songs made famous by Roy Orbison, Bing Crosby and others with stripped-back versions of his own material drawn from Silvertone, Heart Shaped World and San Francisco Days. The result is one of the most relaxed, intimate entries in his catalog — and a first-time vinyl pressing three decades in the making.
