Blue & Yellow Splatter 140g Vinyl LP, National Album Day 2026 Edition
This edition of Saturns Pattern was issued for National Album Day 2026: a single 140g LP pressed on two-color blue and yellow splatter vinyl. It carries the original nine-song album.
Saturns Pattern was Weller's twelfth solo studio album and his first for Parlophone and Warner Bros. Records, released in May 2015. He recorded it at his own Black Barn Studio and produced it with Jan "Stan" Kybert, who had worked with him on Illumination, Studio 150, As Is Now and Sonik Kicks; The Amorphous Androgynous co-produced and programmed the opening track, "White Sky." When the album was announced, Weller called it "a little bit of a leap into the unknown really."
The album reached No. 2 on the UK Albums Chart and No. 37 on Billboard's Top Rock Albums chart, and it holds a Metacritic score of 81. The Guardian's Jon Dennis called it "another style-hopping triumph." Five singles came from it: "White Sky," "Saturns Pattern," "Going My Way," "I'm Where I Should Be" and "Pick It Up." Weller's band on the record includes Steve Cradock and Andy Crofts, with Ben Gordelier on drums and Hannah Weller on backing vocals.
