Barn Board Vinyl

A limited 180-gram pressing on Barn Board colored vinyl, issued by JEMP Records, the Phish label, on July 23, 2021. Catalog number JEMP1099. Six songs run about 45 minutes across two sides, and "The Squirming Coil" alone takes up 16:48 of Side B.

December was recorded at The Barn, the band's studio in Vermont, in December 2020. It was surprise-released on December 24, 2020, premiering at 2 p.m. ET on the Phish YouTube channel and SiriusXM Phish Radio.

The sessions grew out of that fall, when McConnell and Anastasio performed songs on the deck of The Barn overlooking the Green Mountains, some of them streamed during The Beacon Jams. The two reconvened in December to film more, and as the snow fell the project became the December sessions.

The six songs are Phish songs rearranged for piano and guitar, with alternate vocal harmonies and instrumentation covering the parts of all four band members. McConnell plays piano, Anastasio plays guitar, and both sing. "If I Could" comes from Hoist, and "Miss You," heard here in a stripped-down electric version, comes from Big Boat.

Bryce Goggin produced and mixed the recording, Ben Collette engineered it, and Pete Lyman mastered it at Infrasonic Mastering in Nashville. The cover photograph of The Barn is by Rene Huemer. The duo followed it with a second record, January, also on JEMP Records.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Signature Requirements

Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. We recommend monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery to a secure location.

Evergreen Vinyl is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for selecting a shipping address where deliveries can be received safely.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Once a dispute or chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to proceed with refunds, replacements, or reshipments until the case is fully resolved. Resolution timelines are controlled by the payment processor and can take up to 120 days.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships.

Once a preorder has shipped, it is treated as a completed order and is subject to the return, refund, and exchange policies outlined above.
