This black LP presents the 2019 remaster of Movement, first issued in the Movement Definitive Edition box and now available on its own. The front of the jacket carries the catalog number FACT. 50 as part of the Peter Saville and Grafica Industria design, which is based on a poster by Fortunato Depero.
Movement was New Order's debut album, released by Factory in November 1981. Bernard Sumner, Peter Hook and Stephen Morris made it in the year after the death of Ian Curtis ended Joy Division, recording at Strawberry Studios in Stockport from late April to early May 1981 with Martin Hannett producing, as he had for Joy Division.
"Dreams Never End" and "Truth" come from the band's first writing session in the summer of 1980. Peter Hook sings lead on "Dreams Never End," heard above, and on "Doubts Even Here." The album reached number 30 on the UK Albums Chart and number one on the UK independent albums chart.
Evergreen Vinyl ships records with care and attention to detail, using established carriers and packaging practices designed to protect physical media in transit.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Pre-orders generally ship on or around the official release date of the title. When available, estimated ship timing is noted on the product page.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.
While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Signature Requirements
Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.
Tracking & Safe Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. We recommend monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery to a secure location.
Evergreen Vinyl is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for selecting a shipping address where deliveries can be received safely.
