Indie Exclusive Red & Blue Vinyl

This 40th anniversary edition of The Murderess Metal Road Show is pressed on red and blue vinyl and limited to 200 copies. The two LPs sit in a deluxe gatefold jacket with photos, joined by a four-panel 12x12 lyrics insert and an 8.5x11 set list insert carrying a printed Lizzy Borden autograph. The release belongs to Brutal Planet Records' Metal Icon Series.

Rob Colwell, whose mastering credits include Helstar and Voivod, mastered the audio for vinyl. Brutal Planet licensed the album from Metal Blade Records, which first issued it in 1986, and this edition is its first reissue on vinyl.

The live material was recorded at Chuck Landis' Country Club in Reseda, California, on Friday, December 13, 1985, at a point when Lizzy Borden had released just one EP and one studio album. Fifteen of the seventeen tracks come from that show, while "Dead Serious" and "(Wake Up) Time To Die" are studio recordings. The set includes a cover of Paul McCartney's "Live And Let Die," and "(Wake Up) Time To Die" is based on the film Blade Runner. Brutal Planet's notes identify "American Metal" as the song Lizzy Borden has performed most often across the band's career.

Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated delivery windows are quoted at checkout based on the shipping speed you select and your delivery address. Transit time begins after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery within the United States ranges from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and selected service. Delivery times for Canada vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by customs processing.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Signature Requirements

Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback.

Once a dispute or chargeback has been initiated, we are unable to proceed with refunds, replacements, or reshipments until the case is fully resolved. Resolution timelines are controlled by the payment processor and can take up to 120 days.
