Mind of a Genius and Warner Bros. Records issued Close Eyes To Exit on vinyl in 2016 under catalog number 556211-1, a single LP with five songs on side A and six on side B.
It is the debut album by Klangstof, the Amsterdam band led by songwriter Koen van de Wardt. Van de Wardt moved from the Netherlands to rural Norway with his family at 14 and taught himself to play and record there; the band's name joins a Norwegian word with "stof," Dutch for dust. "Hostage," a song about personal confinement, was the starting point for the album, and after the band uploaded it, Mind of a Genius founder David Dann signed them.
Van de Wardt has said he set out to build atmosphere rather than conventional verses and choruses, singing only where a vocal strengthened the mood. "Hostage," "We Are Your Receiver," "Amansworld" and "Island" were released as singles. In April 2017 Klangstof opened a day of Coachella, the first Dutch band to play the festival.
Evergreen Vinyl ships records with care and attention to detail, using established carriers and packaging practices designed to protect physical media in transit.

While most deliveries arrive within the quoted window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
Signature Requirements
Orders totaling over $250 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure safe receipt. This is applied based on order value and carrier guidelines.
