4LP Box Set on Black Vinyl

Four black LPs, eight sides and 34 tracks: the full Sin-é program in a hard-shell slipcase that holds four individually designed jackets and an eight-page, full-color booklet of photos and liner notes. Legacy Recordings issued this box on February 13, 2026, alongside a 2-CD edition of the same running order.

Live at Sin-é started small. Columbia released it on November 23, 1993 as a four-song EP, Buckley's first commercial release, drawn from sets taped at the Sin-é cafe in Manhattan's East Village on July 19 and August 17 of that year. Buckley had moved from Los Angeles to New York in 1991 and played the room regularly, alone with a Fender Telecaster, mixing his own songs with covers; Columbia signed him in October 1992. Those four EP songs, "Mojo Pin," "Eternal Life," Van Morrison's "The Way Young Lovers Do" and Edith Piaf's "Je N'en Connais Pas La Fin," sit on sides A, D and G here.

The expanded program first appeared in 2003 as the Legacy Edition. It runs 21 songs and 13 spoken monologues, the between-song talk left in place. Beyond early live readings of material from Grace, it covers songs by Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, Nina Simone and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and closes on Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah." Side C carries "Unforgiven (Last Goodbye)," the song under its original title; it became "Last Goodbye" on Grace.
